Kristinegymnasiet is one of Falun Municipality’s upper secondary schools, strategically located in the city center of Falun in the beautiful school building. The workplace is characterized by high competence and a drive to develop, supervise, and guide all students towards a lifelong love of learning, with a focus on ensuring that every student develops as much as possible during their time at our school.

Job Responsibilities

As an upper secondary teacher in Social Studies and Psychology, you have standard teaching duties including instruction in these subjects. You plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching based on the curriculum and current subject/course plans. Mentoring is also included in the role. At Kristinegymnasiet, teachers teach various courses with students from different programs. Collegial collaboration and work in subject groups and teams are ongoing to develop teaching.

• To be considered for the position, you must be a certified upper secondary teacher in the requested subjects.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Certification in another upper secondary subject.
• A well-developed digital competence, preferably using Google as a work tool.

Terms of Employment

The position is a fixed-term full-time vacancy for the school year 2026-2027. Start date: August 10, 2026.
