To strengthen our operations during the summer, AutoRedovisning is now looking for an experienced and self-reliant Payroll Consultant who wants to become part of a competent and engaged team. The position is for 50% during the period of June–August, with a good opportunity for extension for the right person.

In this role, you are responsible for payroll processing for several client companies and serve as an important advisor on payroll-related matters. You work independently through the entire payroll process and ensure that deliveries are made with high quality and accuracy.

You will have ongoing contact with both clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders, while also contributing to the development and efficiency of working methods within the payroll area.

• Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish

• Ensure correct handling of taxes, pensions, and benefits

• Interpret and apply collective agreements and current regulations

• Reporting to authorities and external parties

• Support clients and managers with payroll-related questions

• Contribute to the development and streamlining of payroll processes

✅ Has a post-secondary education in HR, payroll, or economics

✅ Has at least 1 year of experience in payroll processing at an accounting firm

✅ Has experience managing the entire payroll process independently

✅ Has good knowledge of taxes, pensions, benefits, and employer-related regulations

✅ Has experience with Fortnox Payroll

✅ Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
