Hello!

I am an energetic, social 12-year-old girl living with my parents and my younger brother on a farm in Farstorp. I am now looking for a regular assistant to join my team – could it be you?

During the day, I go to school, and otherwise, I enjoy being at home the most. I love playing with toys and am very creative. I also really enjoy being outdoors and riding a cargo bike.

Since I have limited communication abilities and may find it difficult to express what I want, you need to be attentive, patient, and curious to understand me and my expressions. I have a neurological seizure disorder and epilepsy, experiencing various types of seizures. Therefore, I need you nearby at all times, ready to support me if needed.

It is an advantage if you are physically strong, as I sometimes need help with transfers. You must also be a non-smoker and speak fluent Swedish so that we can understand each other.

It is important to me that you have a genuine commitment to working with people, that you are self-assured, and that you view the role with a long-term perspective. Experience is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing for me is that we get along!

Since we live in the countryside, you must have a driver's license and access to a car.

The Position:

Approximately 65% of a full-time position, with varied shifts on weekdays from 14:00 to 19:30 and one weekend per month from 09:00 to 19:30. During school holidays and in the summer, there is an opportunity to work daytime hours and additional hours.

The position is available starting in July, but there is an opportunity to start earlier as an hourly substitute.
