About the role
As an Administrator within Pensions & Insurance, you will become part of one of Sweden's leading pension companies and a team working with the administration of the occupational pension solution TryggPlan. You will have a varied role where you gradually build your competence within occupational pensions, insurance, and associated regulations.
The role involves handling customer cases, contacting customers and partners via phone and email, registration and updates in systems, as well as quality controls. You ensure that documentation and processes comply with current regulations and contribute to an efficient and professional customer experience.
You will be part of a team of 11 people with colleagues in Solna, Sundsvall, and Vilnius. The operations are characterized by development and digitalization, offering good opportunities to participate in improvement work and the development of future pension solutions.

The role is located at the office in Solna, and work is performed on-site Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and partners regarding case status via phone and email.
- Ensure that all documentation complies with current regulations and internal guidelines.
- Register and update information in business systems.
- Perform quality controls of incoming documents.
We are looking for you who have:
- 1–2 years of experience with occupational pensions/insurance.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Completed upper secondary education.
- Good computer skills within Microsoft.
- We also believe that you are curious about constantly learning new things by acting with proactivity and courage.
It is meritorious if you have
- An academic degree from a university in a relevant field, e.g., economics.
- Previous experience from the insurance industry or banking.
- Experience in customer service or similar contact-intensive roles.
