Development is important! At our school, we have high ambitions for our students' learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. As one of our fantastic teachers has been offered a doctoral position and therefore must leave us, we are now looking for their successor. The position is a permanent contract, provided you hold a teaching license, at 90% with a start date of August 10, 2026.

At our Noblaskolan schools, we have something we call Noblakoden (The Nbla Code). This forms the framework for our schools and is something we all follow. Your Role

Every student has what it takes to succeed within them. Our task is to bring out that potential by setting demands, supporting, and challenging. Success is not a destination, but a process we work on every lesson, starting from primary school.

You will work as a teacher in Swedish and Mathematics for grades 7–9. You will work closely with your colleagues and be part of a subject group with other teachers in your subjects. You are also part of the team for the lower secondary school. The position also includes mentorship in grade 7, where you will be one of several mentors working together around the students.

Your Profile

Primarily, we are looking for you who are a licensed teacher. At our school, we have high ambitions for our students' learning and development, and our work is characterized by high engagement. Therefore, we are looking for you with a strong personal commitment to learning, an interest in developing our students' knowledge, and a desire for collegial collaboration. As a teacher, you are receptive and wish to guide students into the future. You need to be responsible and able to implement adjustments in the classroom so that all students feel involved and have the opportunity to develop.
