Affärsgymnasiet in Malmö is an exciting and dynamic school located in the center of Malmö, offering an education that prepares our students for success in entrepreneurship and leadership. We are now looking for a teacher for the courses in business economics, accounting, marketing, as well as entrepreneurship and business, who wants to contribute to providing our students with a high-quality education. We are currently in an important development phase where your involvement is significant, and we are making new investments in many areas. Here, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the school's development towards our set goals. We work collegially and in close collaboration with industries and organizations outside the school, with high participation from both staff and students.

The position is a temporary vacancy at 60% with the possibility of extension and permanent employment.

We are looking for you who:

• Want to teach your subject areas in an inspiring way and have solid subject competence.
• Are engaged in the school's role in society and communicate this to the students.
• Keep up to date with the latest in your subject area and want to teach in a realistic and subject-integrated manner.
• Want to create inspiring and adapted teaching that challenges and develops students, while building trusting relationships with both students and colleagues.
• Plan, document, and carry out your teaching in accordance with the guidelines regulated by the steering documents for upper secondary school in the Swedish National Agency for Education's course plans.
• Are part of creating a modern and innovative school environment.
• Through your teaching, you want to inspire hope for the future and new ideas among your students.

Qualifications

You have an upper secondary school teacher degree and teacher certification, as well as eligibility in all the aforementioned subjects.

As a person, you are confident, curious, and have the ability to build good relationships with young people and young adults. You have a pedagogical approach, are a role model, and have good communication skills. The work requires that you are structured, engaged, and have the ability to take charge of matters and complete started tasks. You thrive in a job with high demands on collaboration, sensitivity, and independence.
