Affärsgymnasiet in Malmö is an exciting and dynamic school located in the center of Malmö, offering an education that prepares our students for further studies, success in entrepreneurship, and leadership. We are now looking for a teacher in Mathematics and Natural Science who wants to contribute to providing our students with a high-quality education. We are currently in an important phase of development where your involvement is significant, and we are making new investments in many areas. Here, you will have the chance to grow professionally and contribute to the school's development towards our established goals. We work collegially and in close collaboration with industries and organizations outside the school, with high participation from both staff and students.

The position is a fixed-term appointment at 80%, with the possibility of extension, full-time work, and permanent employment over time.

• You want to teach your subject areas in an inspiring way and have good subject and pedagogical competence.
• You are engaged in your subject's role in society and communicate this to the students.
• You keep up to date with the latest in your subject areas and want to teach in a realistic and subject-integrated manner.
• You want to create inspiring and adapted teaching that challenges and develops students while building trusting relationships with both students and colleagues.
• You plan, document, and conduct your teaching in accordance with the guidelines regulated by the steering documents for upper secondary school in the Swedish National Agency for Education's curricula.

• Through your teaching, you want to inspire hope for the future and new ideas in your students.

Qualifications

You have a teaching degree and teacher certification in your subjects, as well as solid subject competence.

As a person, you are confident, curious, and have the ability to build good relationships with young people and young adults. You have a pedagogical approach, are a role model, and have good communication skills. The work requires that you are structured, engaged, and able to take charge of matters and complete started tasks. You thrive in a job with high demands on cooperation, sensitivity, and independence.
