An engaged and reliable personal assistant is sought for a 50-year-old man in Malmö. A significant plus if you have a genuine interest in cooking and music.

As a personal assistant, you will be an important support in daily life, working closely with the client to create security, independence, and a good quality of life. Duties include, among other things, personal care, transfers, meal preparation, household chores, as well as support during activities and social situations.

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in working with people and who understand the importance of respecting individual privacy and self-determination. You are responsible, sensitive, flexible, and self-assured. You have good teamwork skills but are also comfortable working independently and taking initiative when the situation requires it.

Experience in personal assistance or work within healthcare and social care is advantageous, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

At Alter Assistans, you are offered an introduction at the client's home, support from management and colleagues, as well as secure employment conditions according to collective agreements.

Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts. On-call duties are included during night shifts.

The employment begins as an hourly position with the possibility of a more permanent position for the right person.
