Are you looking for a summer job where service, coordination, and administration are at the center? At Hemfrid, we are now looking for a Receptionist / Office Coordinator for our headquarters in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for the reception, welcoming visitors, and ensuring the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will have a varied role with many contact points and become an important part of the daily operations.
The position is full-time between July 13 and August 28, with the possibility of continuing to work extra on an hourly basis during the autumn. We look forward to receiving your application!

About the roleAs a Receptionist and Office Coordinator, you are an important part of our office operations and the first person to welcome visitors, candidates, employees, and suppliers to Hemfrid. You are responsible for creating a professional and pleasant experience for everyone who visits our office while ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.
The role is broad and varied, involving elements of service, administration, and coordination. You will work closely with several different functions within the company and gain a unique insight into how a larger organization operates.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Staffing the reception and welcoming visitors
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Managing conference rooms and shared spaces
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating suppliers
- Supporting internal meetings, events, and activities
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Ensuring the office is well-organized and presentable
You are a person who thrives in a social role with many contact points and enjoys providing top-notch service. You are structured, unpretentious, and take initiative when you see that something needs to be done. At the same time, you have an eye for detail and enjoy creating order and structure around you.
We would like you to:
- Have previous experience in administration and service
- Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
- Have good computer and system skills
- Be service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Scope: Full-time
Period: July 13 to August 28, 2026
Working hours: Monday–Friday, office hours
Location: Stockholm, Tulegatan 11
Other: There is a good opportunity to continue working extra on an hourly basis during the autumn after the summer period.
