About the Role

The role involves teaching, stimulating, and leading our wonderful students in their learning. You will teach both the practical and theoretical parts of the entire program, as well as follow up on participants' knowledge levels.

Requirements and Merits

Formal Competence:

We are looking for you who have pedagogical experience and work or have worked in the industry as an installation electrician or similar. You thrive in a group setting, and it is important that you have the ability and willingness to develop people by sharing your professional knowledge. We would appreciate it if you have experience from educating or leading work and have good knowledge within the electrical engineering program focus, both theoretically and practically.

A teaching degree is desirable, and teaching experience is meritorious.

Examples of courses you will teach include practical electricity, electrical power technology, and energy technology.

Your Profile

Your personality is characterized by good collaboration skills and flexibility. You have the ability to build good relationships with everyone you meet in your work. As an educator, you give participants a strong belief in their abilities to achieve individual and common goals together. You work for a learning and innovative climate and are careful to provide participants with feedback on their results. Quality is an important keyword for you.
