Receptionist 50% – ISS Facility Services AB

Do you want to be the face of an international service company and create a welcoming experience for both visitors and employees? ISS is now looking for a service-oriented receptionist at 50% to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, and passionate about delivering world-class service. As a receptionist, you are a key person in creating a pleasant, professional, and accommodating environment where every interaction makes a difference. Does this sound like you? About the role

As a receptionist with us, you are the first point of contact for visitors and customers. You are responsible for providing a professional and positive welcome and ensuring that the daily reception operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and welcome visitors
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Mail and package handling
• Administrative tasks related to the reception
• Support other functions as needed

The position is part-time at 50%, permanent with an initial six-month probation period.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience in service roles, preferably in reception or customer service
• Communicative with good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Good computer skills
