About the role
As a Process Operator for our client in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing manufacturing processes according to governing and reporting documentation. In this role, you ensure that raw material handling and production follow given guidelines from a safety perspective, adhering to the customer's working methods. You work to create a production process that is as efficient, environmentally friendly, and sustainable as possible. The workplace is located in Brunna, Kungsängen. The position is full-time and based on a 5-shift system, with occasional periods of a 2-shift system.

This is a consultancy assignment where you are employed by Adecco but hired out to the client.

Responsibilities
In your role as a Process Operator, your tasks will include:

  • Planning, preparing, and executing manufacturing processes according to governing and reporting documentation.
  • Maintaining, cleaning, and handling equipment, materials, and premises.
  • Conducting rounds and documenting these.
  • Participating in improvement work and deviation investigations.
  • Contributing to the creation and development of governing documents and instructions.
  • Monitoring processes via computer systems.
  • Frequent written documentation.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least a high school education.
  • Technical interest and understanding of software.
  • Previous experience working in industry/production and process industry; experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
  • Experience in monitoring production via systems.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of GMP (plus).
  • Experience working in cleanroom environments (plus).

About you
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, has an interest in technology and problem-solving, can take initiative, thinks logically, and has social competence. Experience with documentation, troubleshooting, and machine handling is a plus. Since the assignment with our clients often involves documentation, reading manuals, and instructions in both Swedish and English, good reading comprehension is required. Experience from pharmaceutical production is a plus.
