📍 Property Administrator for a Vital Infrastructure Project in Stockholm

We are now looking for an experienced Property Administrator for a long-term consultancy role within a comprehensive expansion of public transport in the Stockholm region. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a project organization responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of tomorrow's societal infrastructure.

🏗️ About the Assignment

The project is in an intensive phase where detailed design is ongoing while several important agreements need to be drawn up for the upcoming construction and operation phases. To strengthen the organization, we are now looking for a Property Administrator who wants to be a key person in the work with land access, property issues, and stakeholder dialogue.

You will work closely with property coordinators, project managers, and other specialists within the planning process, environmental assessment, design, and implementation.

📋 Responsibilities

• Handle and drive property-related issues within the project
• Participate in dialogue with property owners and other relevant stakeholders
• Draft, negotiate, and administer various types of agreements
• Work on agreements for the upcoming construction phase, for example:
• Temporary access agreements
• Implementation agreements
• Agreements related to land consolidation
• Ensure correct formal handling of property cases
• Quality assure documents and documentation
• Contribute to the project's progress through coordination and administration
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project's lifecycle

• Have experience with property issues, land access, or property law
• Have experience with contract work and negotiation
• Are accustomed to working structured in larger project organizations
• Have good administrative skills and experience with document management
• Are communicative and thrive in dialogue with different stakeholders
• Have the ability to work independently while appreciating collaboration
• Have a good understanding of formal processes and authority-related issues

It is meritorious if you have experience from infrastructure, construction, or societal development projects.
