At Brogårdaskolan, one of the municipality's four primary schools, approximately 430 students in grades F-6 attend. Here, a dedicated staff group works with the students' best interests at heart. At Brogårdaskolan, we work based on each student's prerequisites to achieve knowledge goals, create well-being, and develop every individual into an independent and curious person.

One of our teachers has chosen to move on to new challenges, and we are therefore looking for a new colleague to join our team. During the 2026/2027 school year, you will teach in grade 2, but depending on how the organization is structured in the coming years, it may also become relevant to teach in the middle school section later on.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for planning, teaching, and following up on instruction. Working as a teacher with us at Brogårdaskolan means having high expectations and a belief that all students can achieve success based on their prerequisites. You have a big heart and curiosity about the students and their learning. Your view of students is inclusive, and you have the ability to see how the needs of the individual student as well as the group are to be met. You are an engaged educator with good collaboration skills and meet each student based on individual prerequisites. You are driven by building on students' abilities. You are a team player and relationship builder with good leadership qualities that inspire both students and your colleagues. You want and dare to take your own initiatives. You have a genuine belief that all people can develop, both academically and socially.

Together with your colleagues, you design good, enjoyable, and varied instruction with the students' best interests in focus. You challenge and support the students so that they achieve good study results and differentiate your instruction based on the students' different needs and prerequisites. The work is carried out in collaboration with other educators, student health services, and guardians.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher for grades 1-6 and who can imagine teaching both in lower primary school and in middle school.

To be relevant for the position, you are:

• Certified teacher, preferably 1-6 but also F-3 or 4-6 may be relevant
• Dedicated, clear, and have good communication skills
• A clear and secure pedagogical leader who works for good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians
• A teacher who sees every student's needs and takes into account their individual prerequisites
• Flexible, solution-oriented, and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen situations
• Secure and confident in working with digital tools
• Well-read on different types of NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) diagnoses

Great importance is attached to personal suitability and whether you give the impression of being a secure teacher with particularly good classroom leadership.

Duration: Permanent.
