We are looking for you who want to transform the classroom into a living workshop of color, form, and digital creation to inspire students to use other forms of expression.

You should be engaged, relational, and driven by seeing students succeed in their schoolwork.

Responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up of teaching in your subject/subjects.

You should be accustomed to:

• Teaching students everything from classic craft techniques to modern digital image processing and moving image in a way that engages students.
• Using digital tools as a natural extension of the analog palette.
• Collaborating with colleagues in other subjects and utilizing aesthetic learning processes throughout the school's operations.
• Actively participating in the school's pedagogical development work and networking with other art teachers in the municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have a Swedish teacher's license in the subject of Art for grades 4–9. If you also have qualifications in other subjects such as Swedish as a Second Language and Mathematics, this is an advantage.

You have experience in the subject and are curious and dare to challenge yourself and the students in teaching.

You are accustomed to:

• Meeting every student with respect and having the ability to see the individual's unique strengths.
• Building a permissive environment in teaching where students dare to try, fail, and grow.
• Participating in interesting collegial discussions, sharing thoughts, and being solution-oriented.
• Maintaining order and creating a conducive learning environment in teaching while creativity flows.
