About the School

Alléskolan is located in central Landskrona, close to culture, the sea, lush parks, and the city's rich offerings. We are a preschool to grade 3 school with students from all corners of the world – a diversity that we see as one of our greatest assets.

At Alléskolan, we have a clear focus on students' basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics. We work systematically with standardized screening tools and analyze the results together to create the best possible conditions for every student. Collegial learning and shared responsibility are a natural part of our school.

We view the school as an important part of society and actively collaborate with external actors such as the Red Cross, Cityidrott, the local business community, local property owners, and nursing homes. Through these collaborations, our students get the opportunity to meet the outside world and be part of Landskrona's development.

At the after-school center (fritidshem), we have a stable and dedicated staff group – something that has meant we haven't needed to recruit in several years. Now, one of our after-school teachers will be on parental leave during the 2026-2027 school year, and that is when we need you.

We are looking for you who want to help develop a meaningful, creative, and educational after-school activity with a strong focus on the compensatory mission that our school has, all of this in collaboration with other colleagues at the school and the municipality.

Landskrona is making progress in many ways. New areas with sea-adjacent housing are emerging, and more and more companies are choosing to establish themselves here. The location in the middle of the Öresund region, with proximity to bathing and city life, nature, and culture, attracts more and more people to move in, establish businesses, and visit.

In Landskrona City, with just over 3,300 employees, we work according to our core values BRA, where B stands for treatment (bemötande), R for results, and A for responsibility. Our core values should permeate all our activities, and we should be a workplace where you feel joy in work and pride. There is room here for you with courage and initiative, and you get the opportunity to develop.

Do you want to be part of influencing the development in one of Scania's most exciting cities? Send us your application!
