The Role

In this combined role, you are responsible for planning and leading teaching in Physical Education and Health grades F-9, as well as driving and developing the operations at the after-school care center together with the team. You create a safe, meaningful, and stimulating environment where play, movement, and Montessori philosophy are woven together. You work closely with colleagues and parents to create the best conditions for each student's individual development and well-being.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified teacher in Physical Education and Health and/or a primary school teacher with a focus on after-school care (or has another pedagogical education that we assess as equivalent).
• Has Montessori pedagogical training (or a genuine interest and willingness to learn more about how the philosophy can be applied in sports and at after-school care).
• Sees the outdoor environment and nature as a natural arena for learning and activity.
• Is a confident leader with a warm, positive demeanor that can inspire both movement and creativity.
