To our client in Solna, we are now looking for an experienced payroll specialist for an exciting part-time position of approximately 75%. The assignment starts after the summer, in mid-August, and runs throughout 2026. At our client's office, you will find a pleasant work environment in nice premises with excellent transport connections. There is also the possibility of hybrid work, with three days per week at the office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced payroll specialist to join our client's payroll team, which together handles payroll for approximately 4,000 employees across the country. The focus is primarily on the blue-collar workforce, but the team is also responsible for white-collar employees.

In this role, you work independently with the entire payroll process, from start to finish, ensuring correct and efficient payroll administration. Experience with SAP Payroll and preferably SuccessFactors is considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process
• Ensure correct handling of shifts, time reports, and discrepancies
• Administer and update payroll and personnel data in the system
• Provide support and answer questions from employees and the business
• Perform payroll checks and reporting in accordance with applicable laws, agreements, and internal guidelines
• Participate in improvement work and contribute ideas to streamline the payroll process

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with experience working with payroll in large volumes and who has approximately 2–4 years of experience in the payroll field, preferably with a payroll education. If you also have experience with the collective agreement in the food industry, we see this as a significant plus.

To thrive in this role, you are responsible and self-driven, while also appreciating teamwork and contributing to a positive team spirit. You are service-oriented, detail-oriented, and communicative, with a natural ability to find solutions. Good knowledge of English is an asset, even if the language is not used daily.
