Job Description

We are now looking for you, a teacher for grades 7–9, with qualifications in Mathematics/Natural Sciences (ma/no) and experience teaching in Technology. You will be part of a team of teachers where you will jointly plan and be responsible for the students' education and development. The focus is on creating the best possible conditions for each student in a safe and reliable environment.

You will teach students in grades 7–9 of the compulsory school, where you will educate and support the students in their social and academic development. You will challenge students to take initiative, develop their interests, and take responsibility for themselves and others. At Alléskolan, you will have the opportunity for professional development, exciting assignments, and work in modern facilities. In your role as a mentor, you have special responsibility for a group of students, giving you the opportunity to follow their academic progress and personal maturity. You inform and keep the student's guardians updated on the student's development through regular development conferences.

Qualifications

You, as an applicant, are a certified teacher with qualifications for teaching in grades 7–9 in Mathematics/Natural Sciences/Technology (ma/no/tk) plus one additional subject. Previous experience working as a teacher is considered an asset. You have good insight into and knowledge of the school's steering documents and can use them effectively in your daily work. Furthermore, you have strong didactic and pedagogical skills, allowing you to lead and organize your work to create study conditions and a good learning environment for our students throughout their school day.

Based on evidence-based research, you can develop your work, and with good knowledge and practice, you work efficiently with relevant digital tools. Naturally, you have a professional approach and work towards building good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school.

About the Workplace

Alléskolan is a new upper secondary school in Hyllie that started in the 2024/25 school year and moved into new, fantastic facilities from the 2025/26 school year onwards. The school currently has five classes in grade 7, three classes in grade 8, and a Vintrie resource school for 30 students. Over the next three years, the school will grow gradually to eventually have a operation for approximately 450 students in grades 7–9. The school has five floors, large bright premises, a large schoolyard, and a standalone sports hall right next door.
