We are now looking for a Business Developer who wants to take a holistic approach to our initiatives within Real Estate IT and simultaneously contribute to our broader business and operational development. About the role

As a Business Developer, you drive and project manage initiatives related to Real Estate IT, for example within physical security, CCTV, ventilation, access control systems, and other technical solutions in our properties. During the initial period in the role, Real Estate IT will be a clear focus area where you project manage ongoing and new initiatives and create structure and momentum within the area.

In parallel with this, you also drive other business and operational development initiatives with a focus on developing working methods, processes, and value-creating solutions for the business. As projects and sub-projects within Real Estate IT are established and reach increased maturity, the role will gradually focus more on broader business and operational development.

An important part of the role is concept development, where you develop and drive initiatives on how we work with technology and development in our properties and in the business at large. The role involves many contact surfaces, from property management to central functions such as finance, IT, and the management group.

Examples of tasks

• Identify and drive initiatives within Real Estate IT
• Project manage technical and operational development initiatives
• Develop and refine concepts within business and operational development
• Work closely with different parts of the business and handle various stakeholders internally and externally

Your profile

This is a role with great freedom and significant responsibility. You plan your own time and have the opportunity to influence both content and focus within the framework of Real Estate IT as well as business and operational development. To thrive in the role, we therefore see that you have experience from roles such as project manager, business analyst, or business developer, preferably at the intersection of operations and IT, and that you are motivated by switching between operational progress and long-term development. You may also have a basic understanding of building automation and property operations, which gives you good prerequisites for understanding the business's needs and opportunities.
