About the Schools

Hultskolan is a preschool to grade 6 school in Albert Engström's hometown, approximately one mile east of Eksjö town. Near the school, you will find the church, the Albert Engström House, and varied nature. The school consists of approximately 90 students and 15 staff members.

Höredaskolan is a beautifully located school, about 8 km outside Eksjö town. Höredaskolan has just over 120 students distributed across seven classes, from preschool class to grade 6. Around the school, there is a nice schoolyard and varied nature.

Ingatorpsskolan is a small school in the eastern part of the municipality, nicely situated on a rural height with almost 100 students from preschool class to grade 6, as well as an after-school center where about half of the students are enrolled. The school is located approximately 3 miles from Eksjö and 1 mile from Mariannelund.

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for you who have the qualification to teach textile crafts.

As a teacher, your task is to create situations together with your colleagues where students succeed. You are responsible for planning, teaching, documenting, and following up on teaching based on our regulatory documents, grounded in the students' need for support and challenges.

You will teach textile crafts at Höredaskolan, Ingatorpsskolan, and Hultskolan, one day at each location. Currently, this is Mondays at Höredaskolan, Tuesdays at Ingatorpsskolan, and Wednesdays at Hultskolan.

Qualifications

• Teacher certification and qualification to teach crafts.

We are looking for you who are a structured pedagogue. Experience is meritorious, but more important is personal suitability and that you are a confident adult in the classroom. You work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, and complete what you have started.

You are creative and think outside the box, trying to find new solutions to old problems. You take initiative and want to develop the school and education together with us.

You should find it easy to build good relationships with students, guardians, and employees. It is natural for you to collaborate with other educators and staff at the school to reach the students. Students whom you enjoy meeting, both in and outside the classroom.
