Do you want to work in a broad role where customer service and supply chain meet in practice? Here you will have a varied daily routine with responsibility for Nordic customers, warehouse monitoring, and collaboration with both the headquarters and external warehouses.

About the Role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client.

The business develops and distributes innovative products for climbing, high-altitude work, rescue, and outdoor activities, with a high focus on quality, safety, and sustainability. Responsibilities

The role is split between Customer Service and Supply Chain Coordinator, involving broad responsibilities in the daily workflow.

In the Customer Service capacity, you work together with the team as the contact person for the company's Nordic customers. You handle inquiries related to orders, quotes, deliveries, lead times, claims, as well as invoice and payment issues. You are responsible for the entire order flow from order to delivery and play a key role in supporting the sales team and other internal departments to ensure high-quality customer service throughout the process.

In the Supply Chain Coordinator capacity, you work with the supply team to ensure correct stock levels and good material availability. You monitor stock reconciliations, handle stock discrepancies, and manage administration related to product lifecycles, such as phase-ins and phase-outs. You also produce and share supply chain-related information internally and contribute to keeping systems and working methods up to date. As part of the team, you also participate in improvement work related to processes, warehouse management, and material availability.

Examples of tasks:

  • Customer contact with Nordic customers regarding orders, deliveries, and claims
  • Responsibility for the order flow from order to delivery
  • Support to the sales team in customer- and delivery-related matters
  • Stock monitoring, stock reconciliations, and handling of discrepancies
  • Administration related to product lifecycles and improvement work

Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes

  • Good experience in customer service and order management
  • Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing support, logistics, or similar administrative roles
  • Experience working in business systems
  • Fluent proficiency in a Nordic language as well as English, both spoken and written

We also consider it meritorious if you have:

  • Post-secondary education in logistics/supply chain
  • Experience with SAP and Salesforce
