We are now looking for a careful and service-oriented warehouse administrator for our client in Jordbro for a summer temporary position during weeks 26–31.

About the role

As a warehouse administrator, you will have a central role in daily operations. You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to warehousing and logistics, and act as the contact person for drivers and customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

The position is on-site in Jordbro, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00. Remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities

• Receive drivers and handle inbound and outbound deliveries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and freight documents
• Register and update balances in the system
• Report on orders and handle cases in the case management system
• Daily administration and document management
• Inventory and control of stock levels
• Work in systems such as WMS and Dynamics

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in administration, preferably within warehousing or logistics
• Is structured, stress-resistant, and a quick learner
• Is computer literate with very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Thrives in a service-oriented role with many contact points
• Can quickly prioritize and adapt your work when changes occur

Merits

• Previous experience working in a cold store
• Forklift license
• Experience with warehouse and business systems
