We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented warehouse administrator for our client in Jordbro for a summer vacancy during weeks 26–31.

About the role

As a warehouse administrator, you will have a central role in daily operations. You will be responsible for administrative tasks related to warehousing and logistics, and serve as the contact person for drivers and customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

The position is on-site in Jordbro, Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00. Remote work is not an option.

Responsibilities

• Receive drivers and handle inbound and outbound deliveries

• Handle phone calls, emails, and freight documents

• Register and update balances in the system

• Report on orders and handle cases in the case management system

• Daily administration and document management

• Inventories and control of stock levels

• Work in systems such as WMS and Dynamics

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in administration, preferably within warehousing or logistics

• Are organized, stress-resistant, and a quick learner

• Are computer literate and have very good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel

• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English

• Thrive in a service-oriented role with many points of contact

• Have the ability to quickly prioritize and adapt your work when changes occur

Merits

• Previous experience working in a cold storage warehouse

• Forklift license

• Experience with warehouse and business systems
