Teacher for After-School Center at Östra Ängsskolan, Klippan
Östra Ängsskolan is a centrally located adapted primary school in the town of Klippan. The school is within walking distance of both the train and bus stations, making commuting easy. We are a newly renovated F–9 school with approximately 60 students studying both subjects and subject areas. Our learning environments are modern, well-thought-out, and designed to meet the needs of students with intellectual disabilities and varying support requirements. At Östra Ängsskolan, we work with high staff density and a strong focus on relationships, clear structure, and security. We use clarifying pedagogy, low-affective handling, and various forms of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) as natural parts of teaching.
We also have a clear outdoor profile, including our appreciated concept "FunkisMulle," where students get the opportunity to discover nature, develop motor skills, and strengthen interaction and communication in new environments.
Here, you will become part of a close-knit, dedicated team and an operation that prioritizes the student's development, participation, and well-being.
In Klippan Municipality, we are motivated by development and aim to be a little better every day. Here, everyone has the opportunity to make a difference - for each other and for everyone in our operations.
Here, everyone's ideas are welcome, and there is room for you to be creative and bold in your own way. We trust each other and create together. In this way, we find joy in our work.
We in Klippan are our core values, and our directions "Wishing each other success," "Dare to stand out," and "Fun at work" guide us in our work.
