About the client company

Do you have experience in production engineering or an education in the field? Then you might be the right person for us. We are looking for a Production Engineer for our client in Örnsköldsvik, with a focus on developing working methods, introducing new products, and ensuring efficient production flows.

Your responsibilities

As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and improving our working methods in production. You will support sales with technical documentation, calculations, and solution proposals needed to create competitive offers. You will also drive the work of introducing new products and materials, from the quotation stage until production is stable and functioning as intended. The role includes creating drawings, work instructions, and correct production data to provide the production team with the right prerequisites. You will continuously work on developing methods and processes through analyses, test runs, and time studies. You will collaborate closely with production, planning, quality, and engineering, and be a natural part of the daily improvement work.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a technical university degree or equivalent experience and have worked in manufacturing operations. Experience from the welding industry is an advantage. You have a good understanding of manufacturing processes and enjoy working with CAD. As a person, you are analytical and structured, and you have a knack for translating technical issues into practical solutions. You thrive in the collaboration between sales and production, and are communicative, service-oriented, and confident in driving your work forward. Above all, we are looking for you who want to be part of developing both processes and production in everyday life.

Other information

You will be employed by Konsultia and work on-site at our client's premises in Örnsköldsvik. The assignment is long-term, and for the right person, there are excellent opportunities for permanent employment with the company in the future.
