Gymnasieskolan Spyken has approximately 1,200 students distributed across the Arts Programme, the Humanities Programme, the Science Programme, and the Social Sciences Programme. We are keen on ensuring that both staff and students feel involved in everything related to the operations.

Job Description

As a teacher at Spyken, you will teach German Level 1 and Level 2. The position is at least 55% depending on the subject combination.

The duties include planning, conducting teaching, evaluation, mentoring, and other routine tasks for teachers.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in teaching and, together with our students and colleagues, wants to develop teaching at Spyken. You are qualified in German and preferably in one or more additional subjects. You have taught German at the upper secondary level and have a few years of experience in the teaching profession.

You have very good knowledge in your subjects and are engaged in teaching and learning. You have experience working towards set goals, are proactive and flexible, and find it easy to collaborate. You are a structured and positive leader who sets clear boundaries and has the ability to build good relationships with students and colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and value your ability to meet students based on their knowledge and needs.
