About the role
Swerock, part of the Peab Group, is one of Sweden's largest suppliers of materials and services to the construction and infrastructure industry. Swerock provides materials used in everything from road construction to residential building and infrastructure projects. They offer a broad product portfolio including crushed stone materials, concrete, asphalt, and other types of construction materials.

In the role of Weighing Administrator, you will join Swerock in Styvinge. The team consists of four people and is a flat-hierarchy, close-knit group. You will be responsible for the middle region, which means overseeing the quarries from Södertälje to Motala. Together with one colleague, you will manage weighing and administration for a total of six quarries. In this role, you will be responsible for incoming and outgoing deliveries, and the position involves frequent contact with drivers. You will play a crucial part in Swerock's quality assurance of goods entering and leaving the facilities, ensuring that customer information and invoice details are correct.

Key responsibilities
- Weighing incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Verifying that the correct materials are transported in and out.
- Communicating with drivers and guiding them as needed.
- Ensuring accurate customer and invoice information.
We are looking for you who
- Are available to work full-time during weeks 26, 27, 28, and 31, 32.
- Hold a valid B-driver's license and have access to a car.
- Have excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Enjoy administrative work and interacting with people.
- Are organized, able to structure your work, and take responsibility.
Qualifications that are a plus
- Experience from the construction and infrastructure industry.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
