Unum Tax is now looking for an Office Coordinator/Receptionist who wants to become a key person in their team! Unum Tax is a firm focusing on tax issues with offices centrally located in Stockholm City.
About the role
This is a direct recruitment, meaning the recruitment process takes place through Academic Work, but you will be employed directly by Unum Tax.
As an Office Coordinator, you will have an important role where you are responsible for maintaining a high standard in the office and ensuring that both employees and visitors have a first-class experience. You work proactively and identify what needs to be done, often before anyone else does.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will work broadly with both reception and office administration. Among other things, you will:
- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure that the office, conference rooms, and common areas are always presentable
- Handle orders and inventory of office supplies and consumables
- Organize and prepare meetings and order catering
- Handle mail, scanning, and archiving of documents
- Update calendars and internal systems
- Act as a contact person for suppliers and receive deliveries
- Answer phones and handle simpler emails
- Take initiative for improvements in the office environment and contribute to well-being
You are also expected to take your own initiatives in daily life, for example, planning internal activities, organizing storage, or ensuring that the office maintains a consistently high standard.
We are looking for you who
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Are proficient in computer use
- Have a strong service mindset and an egalitarian approach
It is meritorious if you have
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within reception, office administration, or service.
- Previous work experience in: Law firm, consultancy, or accounting firm
