The Experience Department is responsible for culture, sports, and leisure issues in Enköping and has approximately 130 employees with great competence within two business areas and a management team. We are in an expansion phase with, among other things, renovation and development of the Joar Culture House and a new youth center with a sports hall at Lillsidan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our operations are aimed at children and young people from grade 3 to 17 years old. The work involves you, as a recreation leader, creating good and meaningful activities together with the children and young people as well as other staff. As a recreation leader, you are a role model and should lead by good example. You are welcome to be personal, but not private, in contact with our visitors. The approach is inclusive. We work to promote health and have zero tolerance for drugs, tobacco, and doping.

All people are different and have different prerequisites. Everyone is welcome just as they are! The operations are politically and religiously neutral.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are educated as a recreation leader or what the employer assesses as equivalent.
• You have experience working with children and young people.
• You have your own drive and engagement.
• You have good collaboration skills, but can also work independently.
• You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is also meritorious to have a driver's license.

We are a relatively small unit with many different tasks. Therefore, it is important that you are a team player, have the ability to create good relationships with those who visit the operations, partners, and colleagues. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
