Lycksele Hospital – A Strong Community

Lycksele Hospital is a small, well-equipped emergency hospital. We are now looking for a nurse for the Medical Center Southern Lapland and the Medical Clinic. By working at a smaller hospital, you will benefit from a strong sense of community, competence, and drive. About the Medical Clinic

The Medical Clinic provides outpatient services in the areas of heart disease, gastroenterology, hematology, lung diseases, anticoagulation, and physical laboratory services. We also have an advanced team operation focused on heart care, diabetes, and COPD, as well as a diagnostic center.

The clinic employs nurses, nursing assistants, secretaries, social workers, dietitians, and podiatrists.

Job Responsibilities

We constantly strive to improve the way we work at our workplace. Therefore, ideas and suggestions for improvement are always welcome. We have a well-functioning collaboration with other staff members within the clinic.

We offer a varied job that, in addition to medical record writing, includes booking, handling referrals, and managing cases related to 1177 and TeleQ. As a medical secretary here, you contribute with knowledge and engagement that makes people feel secure.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator. Experience working in the medical record system Cosmic is an advantage.

You have a good ability to work independently while also being able to collaborate easily with others. You have good communication skills and believe it is important to contribute to a good work environment. The job involves extensive contact with patients, staff, and other healthcare providers, requiring you to be service-oriented. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
