Junior Consulting Manager Umeå

Konsultia specializes in staffing and recruitment within the industrial, technical, and logistics sectors. We hold a strong market position in Northern Sweden and have offices in several locations from Gällivare to Helsingborg. For our established office in Umeå, we are now looking for a Junior Consulting Manager who wants to develop in a role close to both clients, consultants, and business operations.

About the Role

You will become part of an established team in Umeå and have the opportunity to grow into the Consulting Manager role with support from experienced colleagues, clear working methods, and close collaboration in daily operations.

In this role, you will work operationally and close to the business, including tasks such as:

• supporting client contact and contributing to good relationships
• matching candidates and consultants with assignments
• following up with consultants and contributing to high delivery quality
• working with recruitment, administration, and daily coordination

This is a role for you who wants to learn the staffing and recruitment industry from the ground up. You will work closely with colleagues at the Umeå office and receive support from both the team, central support functions, and management. Over time, there are good opportunities for further development within the company.

We are looking for someone who

Previous experience in service, sales, administration, recruitment, or other relationship-oriented work is advantageous. We place great emphasis on personal qualities and the desire to develop.

The position is a fixed-term contract with a great opportunity for permanent employment after the fixed term. A valid B-class driver's license is required.
