Description

Vilhelmina Municipality is now looking for an Administrator at the Municipal Executive Board's Office. The position is a permanent employment with immediate effect or as agreed. The employment rate is 100%.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for the diary registration of mail and documents, meeting administration, and administrative support to the Municipal Executive Board with its committees, the Municipal Council, the Election Board, as well as service to the public. You are part of the municipal office's working group, which consists of five employees.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have administrative education and documented experience from working as an administrator or case handler. You must have very good computer skills, knowledge of the Office package, and experience from documentation systems. You must also have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, as well as the ability to work independently. A B-class driver's license is required. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
