The Role of Controller

You will become a key cog in a group where collaboration, reliability, and sustainability are some of our key words. We are a tightly knit group working towards high-set goals.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Act as a controller support to the purchasing organization and participate in tenders
  • Prepare calculations and business analyses for major deals and investments
  • Develop and compile business cases and analyze profitability
  • Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with the business units
  • Identify improvement potential and present action proposals
  • Participate in the analysis of production and manufacturing processes
  • Provide internal support within economic analyses, routines, and decision-making materials
  • Work actively to improve profitability at the unit, company, and group levels
  • Participate in closing processes and result analyses
  • Be responsible for budgeting and forecasting
  • Produce and distribute reports to various parts of the organization

Who are you?

We are looking for you who want to work towards high-set goals at a modern company within the recycling industry. To succeed in the role, a structured working method, strong drive, and great commitment are required.

You have a university-level education in economics or relevant experience. We prefer that you have experience as a controller or in equivalent tasks. Industry experience is a merit. Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel, is a prerequisite, and it is an advantage if you also know PowerBI and MS Dynamics.

As a person, you are a team player with a strong goal focus who takes initiative and is self-starting. You are curious and have a desire to constantly develop the business and relationships with our customers.
