Do you want a flexible part-time job where you take responsibility, create order, and contribute to a smooth daily routine in an international tech environment? We are now looking for a humble and service-oriented Office Coordinator for a role with our client in Umeå.

About the role

In this role, you will support a growing tech company with ongoing office services and practical on-site tasks. This is a hands-on and operational position where you primarily support the office on a day-to-day basis. You ensure that the office runs smoothly, that supplies are stocked, and that employees have what they need to do their best work.

You will be entering an international tech environment where English is the primary working language. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy creating order, providing service, and solving practical matters that make a difference in everyday life.

Start date is mid-August.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

  • Restock and organize snacks, drinks, office supplies, and pantry items
  • Receive deliveries and ensure goods are placed in the correct locations
  • Check inventory needs and note/order what is missing
  • Prepare workstations and equipment for new hires
  • Support with practical matters and ensure the office functions smoothly in daily operations
