We are now looking for an engaged and confident HR Specialist who wants to help develop our HR work and support the business with both daily and long-term HR issues.

About the Company

Ursviken Technology AB is a Swedish industrial company with over 135 years of experience in developing and manufacturing advanced machinery for sheet metal processing, primarily CNC-controlled press brakes, guillotines, and custom solutions for industrial metalworking. Our products are designed and built in Skellefteå and exported to customers in over 100 countries, where they are used in demanding manufacturing environments worldwide. Your Responsibilities

In this role, you work closely with managers and the business, acting as a key support in matters concerning employees, employment law, and organization. You will have a broad HR role with varied tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
  • Supporting managers in employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Managing and developing HR processes within recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Ensuring compliance with Swedish employment law and relevant collective agreements.
  • Participating in and driving union negotiations and cooperation issues.
  • Driving HR projects and improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting work related to payroll audits, HR policies, and HR reporting.
  • Collaborating with internal contacts both locally and internationally.

Your Background and Qualities

To thrive in this role, we believe you are analytical and self-assured, with the ability to stand firm on employment law issues and negotiations. You work in a structured manner and enjoy creating order, clarity, and efficient processes. Furthermore, you have high integrity and can handle confidential matters in a professional manner.

We also believe you are a person who enjoys collaborating, building good relationships, and contributing energy and positivity to the work group.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Preferably three to five years of experience in broad HR work.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish employment law and HR practices.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Merits:

  • Experience working in the industry and experience with union negotiations and cooperation in collective agreement-bound operations.
