On the HR Unit, we contribute by supporting the administration's managers in their leadership roles. At the Primary and Secondary School Administration's secretariat, leadership, finance, HR, legal, communications, facility planning, and administration work together. The HR Unit of the Primary and Secondary School Administration consists of 13 employees divided into three teams: HR Partners, HR Strategists, and the Recruitment Center.
Your responsibilities
As an HR Partner, you support managers within the primary and secondary schools with various HR matters. Your focus is to support and strengthen our managers in areas such as rehabilitation and work adaptation, systematic work environment work, change management, as well as labor law and other terms of employment.
You provide close and operationally adapted support based on the municipality's guidelines and contribute to a unified employer policy.
A key part of the role is collaboration, where you, in addition to union cooperation and negotiations, also work with external actors such as Occupational Health Services, the Transition Fund, and the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
You will participate in the development of both the Primary and Secondary School Administration's and the municipality's joint HR processes, which includes educating and informing managers in the area. In the role of HR Partner, you are given the opportunity for significant personal responsibility and professional development.
About you
We are looking for you who have:
- a university education in HR or another equivalent academic degree,
- experience in qualified HR work within municipal or regional operations,
- experience in operational HR work, specifically supporting managers with individual cases, rehabilitation, and work adaptation,
- good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written,
- good IT skills and experience working in HR systems,
- knowledge and experience in labor law matters throughout the entire employment cycle within the HR field.
The work as an HR Partner is primarily operational and involves many contact surfaces. Therefore, it is important that you can build trust through your competence.
You are driven, take responsibility, and have good ability to plan and structure your work. Since the role involves close collaboration with colleagues, both within and outside your own administration, you need to be communicative, enjoy collaborating, and have an easy time building good relationships.
