We are looking for an IT Recruiter for our office in Linköping. The role suits you if you have some experience in recruitment, search, service, sales, or other relationship-building work and want to develop further within recruitment and consulting.

If you have not worked in IT before, you need to have at least a clear interest in technology and digital development. To succeed in the role, you need to want to understand both the customers' needs and the candidates' competence in various IT areas. We can teach you a lot along the way, but curiosity and drive must be present from the start.

About the role

In this role, you work with finding, contacting, and matching candidates to our consulting and recruitment assignments within IT. You will be an important part of our recruitment processes and work closely with salespeople and consulting managers to understand what needs our customers have.

The work involves both current recruitments and building long-term relationships with candidates who may become relevant in the future. You will learn how the consulting business works, how we work with requirement profiles, interviews, candidate presentations, and how we match the right person to the right assignment.

We are a close-knit team in Linköping working closely together within the consulting and recruitment business, primarily within IT infrastructure, operations, support, and related areas. This gives you good insight into the entire process and the opportunity to develop quickly in the role.

As the consulting group grows, there is also the possibility to develop towards broader responsibility in the long term, for example within recruitment, sales, or consulting management, depending on what suits you and the business.

Your assignment

  • Search for, contact, and attract relevant candidates within IT
  • Work with advertising, search, and candidate dialogue
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews with candidates
  • Write candidate presentations and compile relevant information
  • Build and maintain a long-term candidate database
  • Be involved in recruitment processes from requirement profile to interview, presentation, and conclusion
  • Maintain ongoing contact with candidates throughout the process
  • Collaborate closely with salespeople and consulting managers to understand customer needs
  • Contribute to the team's common goals, working methods, and development

  • Have relevant education or experience in, for example, recruitment, HR, service, sales, or another relationship-building role

  • Are communicative and confident in both written and verbal dialogue
  • Find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a smaller team where personal responsibility is a natural part of everyday life

  • Interest in IT, technology, or labor market issues
