YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE
Our client has their office in central Stockholm and is a real estate investment company.
You will be employed as a consultant by us at Inte Bara Post Bemanning and work on-site at our client's premises.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
In the role of receptionist, you will be responsible for receiving visitors, performing administrative tasks, and contributing to keeping the office clean and pleasant.
To thrive in this role, we see that you have a natural ability to see what needs to be done. You are happy to go the extra mile to ensure that both customers and colleagues feel welcome. As a receptionist, you will be a key person in ensuring a high level of service in the office and acting as the company's face.
You will work with varied tasks such as:
- Welcome visitors
- Mail and courier handling
- Point of contact for suppliers, landlords, etc.
- Process orders
- Prepare for meetings and events in the office
WHO ARE YOU?
As a person, you are social, self-motivated, and highly service-oriented. To succeed in the role, we believe you are proactive, helpful, caring, and have an eye for detail. Furthermore, you are professional, responsible, and enjoy working independently. You are good at dealing with different types of people and have the ability to handle different work paces.
The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
