About the role

You will become a key person in a prioritized assignment where, with natural hospitality and a strong sense of service, you contribute to a professional and cohesive workplace experience.

As a Facility Floor Coordinator, you are a visible and reassuring presence on the floor. You work closely with the client and ensure that the environment, service, and flows run smoothly – often proactively.

You will also be involved in an upcoming move to new premises, where you contribute to creating a well-functioning and thoughtful startup.

The role is varied and combines service, coordination, and practical tasks. You are responsible for the overall experience on the floor and work closely with the team to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Daily rounds of the floor to ensure functionality, quality, and high service levels
• Ensure order, well-being, and replenishment of materials
• Coordinate the service flow between facility, reception, conference, catering, and cleaning
• Be a close contact for the business and support daily needs
• Handle fault reports, deviations, and simpler property-related matters
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions on the floor
• Coordinate deliveries, goods, and mail handling
• Ensure that coffee and service points maintain a high standard
• Provide support within meeting technology and ensure functioning meeting environments
• Contribute to meetings and events, including setting up premises
• Identify improvements and develop service delivery

To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Previous experience from a service-oriented role, for example within facility management, office service, hotels, or similar environments
• Experience working in system support for workplace service, such as Spacewell or similar
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
• Basic technical understanding, preferably within meeting technology
