- Responsible for mail handling, both incoming and outgoing
- Ensure that conference rooms and common areas look presentable
- Arrange food orders and serve lunch and coffee to visitors
- Take care of the kitchen and dishwasher when needed
We are looking for someone who
- Studies at least 50% at a college or university with at least 1.5 years remaining until graduation, or has another primary occupation
- Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing
- Has a service-oriented and professional attitude
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience working in reception or customer service

To succeed in this role, you have the following personal qualities:
- Helpful
- Respectful
- Proactive
Other information:
- Start: Immediately
- Working hours: Office hours, with the possibility to work half-days or full days
- You are needed during both planned holidays and sudden sick leave, which requires flexibility to sometimes step in at short notice
Our recruitment process
This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work, and our client's request is that all questions regarding the position are sent to Academic Work.
We apply continuous selection and will remove the advertisement when enough candidates have reached the final stage of the recruitment process. A CV is required when applying. We do not use cover letters as a selection method, so one does not need to be attached. As a candidate, you bear the main responsibility for ensuring your application is complete when submitted. The recruitment process includes two selection tests: a personality test and a cognitive ability test. The tests are a tool to find the candidate with the highest potential for the role and to promote equality, diversity, and a fair recruitment process.
For our part-time positions, you as an applicant must have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Examples of this include studies, another employment, self-employment, parental leave, or similar.
