· You have at least 5 years of experience in project management and/or process management within societal planning, traffic planning, or infrastructure planning.

Desirable Experience
It is particularly desirable if you have:
· Experience working in or near a politically governed organization.
· Experience in municipal, regional, or state traffic or societal planning.
· Experience leading work on traffic plans, traffic strategies, mobility plans, action selection studies, master planning, urban development projects, or similar.
· Experience in weighing together several modes of transport, such as walking, cycling, public transport, car traffic, freight, essential traffic, and urban environment issues.
· Experience with anchoring processes, workshops, steering groups, committee processes, or collaboration with political decision-making levels.
· Experience in creating clear decision-making materials, reports, analyses, and action proposals.
· Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex goals, interests, and governing documents.

You are communicative, analytical, and accustomed to collaborating with many different stakeholders. You understand how public decision-making processes work and can adapt your working methods and communication to both civil servants, specialists, management, and political contexts.
This is the right assignment for you if you
· Want to work with strategic traffic and societal planning for real.
· Thrive in the role of process manager/project manager rather than just an expert investigator.
· Can combine structure, analysis, and collaboration.
