About the role
In this role, you will become part of Castra Mellansverige AB, with presence in Jönköping, Linköping, Norrköping, Örebro, and Karlstad. Castra is an IT consultancy that helps clients with digital development, system solutions, and business-oriented advisory services. As a Candidate Manager at Castra, you play a central role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with potential talent within the IT and software industry. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process from initial contact to reference checks, focusing on matching the right person with the right assignment and contributing to our growing candidate bank. You act as a key link between candidates and consulting managers in an HR generalist role. Here, you have a unique opportunity for extensive training and personal development. Responsibilities
The role involves responsibility for the entire candidate journey, from proactive sourcing and initial contact to interviews, background checks, and ongoing relationships. You build and maintain a strong candidate bank both verbally and in writing, work closely with our consulting managers, and contribute to a professional candidate experience.
- Conduct initial dialogues and interviews with potential candidates.
- Be responsible for background checks and reference checks.
- Build and maintain an ongoing candidate bank.
- Document and follow up on processes for candidate management.
- Search for and identify potential candidates (sourcing).
- Write and publish job ads, including on LinkedIn.
We are looking for you who
- Are studying a degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Economics, or similar, and will graduate no earlier than Autumn 2027, or alternatively have another main occupation of at least 50%. Since we view this role long-term, we see that you do not plan to go on exchange or have an internship.
- Have good communication skills and an outgoing personality.
- Have a basic understanding of process management and documentation.
- Are business-minded and capable of building relationships.
It is meritorious if you have
- Experience writing job ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sourcing.
- Experience from service professions or customer contact.
