As a Production Engineer, you are a vital link between sales, engineering, and production. You step into the customer dialogue early on and ensure that we quote the right solutions based on both the customer's requirements and our production capabilities. You will be placed on the Technical Department and work closely with the designers. The position applies only to products and the factory in the city.

OSTP Group is one of the world's leading manufacturers of welded stainless steel pipes and fittings, with production in Sweden and Finland. OSTP Group has approximately 500 employees. In Örnsköldsvik, approximately 150 people work across two factories. Örnsköldsvik plays a key role within the group, offering the market's widest range of stainless steel fittings.

Production Engineer – Create Smart and Sustainable Production Solutions

You will:

• support sales with technical data, calculations, and solution proposals
• lead the introduction of new products and materials – from quotation to stable production
• create drawings, work instructions, and ensure correct production data
• develop methods and processes through analysis, testing, and time studies
• collaborate closely with production, planning, quality, and engineering

We are looking for someone who:

• has a university degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• has several years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in welding industry
• understands manufacturing processes and preferably works with CAD
• is analytical, structured, and skilled at translating technical concepts into practical solutions
• is communicative, service-oriented, and thrives in the collaboration between sales and production
