Teacher for Grade 5 at Nibbleskolan

Nibbleskolan is a school with approximately 400 students from grades F-6. Around 60 adults work at the school, meeting daily to create the conditions for student learning.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a teacher for Grade 5 (middle school). You will have teaching duties and class teacher responsibility for a Grade 5 class. You will be part of a team together with two other Grade 5 teachers, where you will jointly be responsible for planning and conducting teaching, as well as supporting students in their personal development. The three colleagues in the grade share the teaching by each taking responsibility for specific subjects.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a teaching license in Swedish/Social Sciences (Sv/SO) or Mathematics/Natural Sciences (Ma/NO) for grades 4–6. You should have experience working with students and possess good pedagogical leadership skills. You should have a good understanding of the goals and requirements in the curriculum, as well as the structure to document student development. You must have the ability to build relationships and communicate with students, guardians, and colleagues.

As a person, you should be secure, stable, have good self-awareness, and find it easy to collaborate with other colleagues. We prefer that you have experience in values-based work and the use of digital tools. Personal suitability is of great importance.

A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be presented before employment.
