About the Position

At Perido, we are now looking for an employee for our client, a government organization responsible for the management, development, and preservation of properties owned by the state. You will be based at the office in Stockholm, and travel may occur as part of the assignment.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for the long-term maintenance planning of park and land environments to ensure the economic and cultural-historical values of the properties. Together with property managers and the operations organization, you initiate, investigate, and prepare decision support materials for maintenance and reconstruction projects. You are then responsible for the implementation of the projects in the role of project manager.

The assignment includes budgeting, planning, procurement, coordination, and follow-up of projects. You also work on creating maintenance plans for both parks and trees, where risk tree assessments form an important part of the work.

The properties have significant cultural-historical values, which places high demands on precision and a careful approach to ensure that the environments are preserved for the future.

Qualifications:

• University education with a focus on landscape engineering, landscape architecture, or equivalent, alternatively acquired similar knowledge through practical experience
• At least three years of experience working with tree stand maintenance and handling of risk trees
• At least three years of experience working as a project manager
• At least three years of experience within public procurement (LOU 2016:1145)
• At least three years of experience with laws, regulations, and other requirements related to property ownership responsibilities as well as contract law
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in spoken and written Swedish

Meritorious:

• Experience with parks and land that have cultural-historical value
• Knowledge within park and land issues

Scope and Start Date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2027-07-31, with the possibility of extension up to 2028-01-31. Start date 2026-08-15.
