Job Description

Your role is to create the best possible conditions for learning in close collaboration with colleagues. You will have class teaching and mentoring duties. You will be part of the grade 1-3 team and work alongside an experienced colleague in grade 1.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant teacher education with the eligibility to teach grades 1-3 and who always keep the student's learning and development in focus. You are a skilled pedagogue who builds good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. As a creative pedagogue, you enjoy trying new ideas and finding new solutions. You are familiar with the school's guiding documents and can apply them in practice. You have the ability to create a safe, inclusive, and accessible learning environment by finding strategies to reach every student in their knowledge and personal development. Personal suitability is highly valued.

To thrive and do a good job at Strandängsskolan, you have a professional approach, are a team player, and have a desire to learn and develop together with your colleagues.
