About the Job
We are currently looking for a secure, stable, and engaged contact person for a young person placed in a foster home through our emergency and foster care services.
The role primarily involves building a safe and positive relationship with the young person through regular contact and presence in their daily life. The contact person is expected to meet with the young person at least once a week, serving as complementary support for both the young person and the foster family.
This role is about being a stable adult presence, creating motivation, contributing to structure, and supporting the young person's continued development.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is secure, stable, and relationship-oriented.
- Has a good ability to set boundaries with warmth and respect.
- Is calm and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations.
- Has high personal maturity and good collaboration skills.
- Has experience working with children and young people, preferably within social work, school, treatment, residential care (HVB), secure care (SiS), foster care, or similar operations.
- Is accustomed to documenting and working structured based on implementation plans.
- Has good mental resilience and the ability to create security for others.
Personal suitability is of great importance.
Responsibilities
The work may include among other things:
- Regular meetings with the young person.
- Motivational and relationship-building work.
- Support in daily structure and social contexts.
- Collaboration with the foster family and coordinator.
- Documentation and feedback regarding the assignment.
- Providing support to the foster family when needed.
The scope is assignment-based and varies according to needs, but the assignment is initially estimated to cover approximately 5–10 hours per week.
