Främbyhus Preschool is beautifully located near Tisken and directly connected to Främbyskolan. The preschool consists of three departments, and cooked meals are served from the school's kitchen every day. The current position is located in a department for older children.

Främbyhus Preschool is part of the Gruvriset preschool area, which consists of five preschools. The close collaboration between the preschools creates good opportunities for collegial learning, experience sharing, and joint development. In the preschool area, there is a principal, an assistant principal, a special educator, and a coordinator who together contribute to creating good conditions for the operations and for you in your profession. We are also proud of our child health work where the children's security, development, and well-being are in focus.

All preschool teachers participate in the Swedish National Agency for Education's Mathematics Boost where we together develop the teaching with support in scientific basis and proven experience. During the year, we also collaborate with 2047 Science Center regarding mathematics to inspire exploratory and joyful learning together with the children.

Qualifications

For the role, it is required:

• that you have a preschool teacher license or other equivalent education
• that you have a strong interest in the significance of play in learning
• that you enjoy collaborating and contributing to a good work climate
• that you meet children, guardians, and colleagues with respect, warmth, and professionalism
• that you want to contribute to both the children's and the operations' development
