About the role
As a Gym Coordinator at Fitness24Seven in Älvsjö, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where your main responsibility is to ensure that the gym is in top condition and that members receive the best possible experience.

In the role of Gym Coordinator, you will belong to the Älvsjö cluster and work at the facilities Älvsjö Mässan, Älvsjö Stationsplan, Enskededalen, and Högdalen. This is a part-time position at 50%, with working hours distributed over 20 hours per week, Monday–Thursday. The working hours are primarily scheduled between 13:15–18:15 but may vary slightly.

Your main responsibilities as a Gym Coordinator will include:

• Ensuring the gym is clean, tidy, and functioning well through daily checks and actions.
• Handling service issues and independently performing minor repairs and maintenance of gym equipment.
• Conducting safety checks according to established routines and checklists.
• Reporting major repairs.
• Conducting member rounds, which includes returning weights, restocking materials, and ensuring the gym is in top condition.
• Inventing consumable materials and placing orders as needed.
• Conducting cleaning and hygiene routines.
• Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members.
• Conducting open houses and introductory tours for new members as needed, to give them a welcoming start at the gym.

About you
We are looking for you with a completed upper secondary education who is handy and has an interest in machines and equipment. You are service-oriented, structured, and meticulous, with a natural ability to take initiative and find solutions. As a person, you are engaged, adaptable, and thrive working according to established routines and processes.

Furthermore, we see that you are relationship-building and enjoy working with people. You have a genuine interest in training and health, and you see long-term potential in your work at Fitness24Seven.

Important requirements for the role are:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
• Previous experience in a similar role within service, property, maintenance, or security is meritorious.
• Category B driver's license is meritorious.

Since the role involves working alone and handling payment means, you must be at least 18 years old.
